The Story Behind My Purpose
There was a phase in my life when I felt completely consumed by daily responsibilities, with little sense of purpose or excitement. Each day felt repetitive, and I struggled to find motivation or meaning in my routine.
After a serious accident and knee injury, I was already navigating recovery and a major career shift—when my mother’s cancer diagnosis shook us deeply.
Behind a strong exterior, I was carrying stress, fear, and emotional exhaustion.But that phase became my turning point.
I realized we’re never taught how to handle our emotions—and that awareness led me to begin my own healing journey with Puja Puneet.
Today, as an Emotional Wellness & Confidence Coach, I help stressed working women manage their emotions, rebuild confidence, and find calm within chaos.
